What we keep, and why.

Plain words. If anything here is unclear, write to us.

Who we are
XPRMTS Agency is part of XPRMTS LLC. Write to hello@xprmts.com about anything on this page.
What you send us
When you use the teardown form we receive what you type: your website, business name, your name, email, and anything you add under Add details. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your teardown.
Pages made for you
If we made a private page for your business, it is unlisted, hidden from search engines and deleted after 60 days. We get a note when it is opened so we know when to follow up. Ask and we remove it within 48 hours.
Website checks
If you run the website check, your website address is fetched by our server and may be sent to Google PageSpeed to measure it. We keep only the result, for 24 hours.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests. Our email provider delivers your inquiry to us. Google PageSpeed measures websites you ask us to check. We don’t sell your details.
Cookies and storage
No advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers two small settings: that you have seen the opening title, and whether you paused motion.
How long
Inquiries are kept as long as we are talking, and deleted within 24 months of the last message unless you become a client. Private pages: 60 days. Website check results: 24 hours.
