§ 01 · The teardown

This is what we send you.

A made-up site, marked up the way we mark up yours. Put your business name in, then rebuild it.

Harbor Street Co., as it is.

Made-up example. Yours uses your real site.

  1. The headline says hello and nothing else.We lead with what you do, in your customer's words.
  2. The menu is too small to tap.Big, clear buttons sized for a thumb.
  3. A slideshow of stock photos. One real photo of your work, loaded fast.
  4. A wall of text nobody reads on a phone.Short lines people can scan with a thumb.
  5. Eleven boxes before anyone can ask a question.Three fields, or one tap to call or book.
  6. The phone number is hiding at the bottom.Call and book on every screen.

§ 02.1 · Live scan

Now run it on your site.

Type your address. Our server reads your real homepage and checks what a customer on a phone runs into. Then Google loads it on a test phone, which takes under a minute.

Your URL is looked up and checked by our server on Cloudflare, and by Google PageSpeed. We keep only the result, for 24 hours.

The scan needs JavaScript. Send your site with the form below and we’ll run it by hand.

    § 02 · What we set up

    From call to booked job.

Set up around how your office works today: your hours, your area, your people and your software.

    1. 01

      Check the area

Customers enter a ZIP code first. Out-of-area requests get an honest answer early, not a callback that never comes.

    2. 02

      Urgent goes to the phone

Water on the floor? They see your number and a plain instruction to call. A form never pretends to dispatch anyone.

    3. 03

      Details, asked once

The problem, the equipment, access notes and a preferred window, in a few short questions.

    4. 04

      A named owner

Every request is assigned to a person. If nobody claims it in time, it goes to a backup.

    5. 05

      Missed calls text back

When nobody can pick up, the caller gets a text back from your business.

    6. 06

      Booked where you schedule

Requests land in your field-service software where your plan allows it, or in a shared inbox with a clear owner.

    § 03 · Studies

    See one built.

Made-up businesses, built for real. Every page is code you can open, tap and resize. Our live work: XPRMTS and TETRA.

    § 05 · What it costs

    Plate I · The build

    A site that sells

    From $5,000

Fixed price, in writing, before you pay. $2,500 to start, the rest when you approve it live.

For a heating or plumbing company, that’s about what two system installs bring in.

    § 06 · Straight answers

    The questions everyone asks.

    Is the teardown really free?

Yes. Send your site and you get a marked-up teardown and a rebuilt homepage back by email. No card, no call, nothing to cancel. If you never write back, that’s fine.

Why do builds start at $5,000?

A good site is planned, written, designed and built for your business, not poured into a template. The price covers all of it, and the scope is written down before you pay.

    What does a retainer cover?

What you need after launch: hosting, fixes, changes, automations and new pages. What’s included each month is agreed in writing, and bigger projects are quoted separately. Retainers start at $500 a month, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to stop. On a site we didn’t build, there’s a one-time $1,000 setup.

    Do I need a retainer?

No. It’s optional. Without one, you still own the site and everything in it, and you can host it wherever you like.

Can you work with what I already use?

Usually. Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, booking tools, CRMs and calendars: we connect to them, or move you off them if that costs you less.

    Who owns the site?

You do. The domain, the code and the content are yours. If you leave, everything goes with you.

Can I change my hours or prices myself?

Yes. On a care plan you send us the change and we make it. If you’d rather do it yourself, we can set up simple editing for the parts you change often.

What happens to my current site and my Google listing?

Your domain moves to the new site on launch day and your old plan can be cancelled after that. Your Google Business Profile stays yours; we point its website link at the new site.

    Who will I work with?

A small studio under XPRMTS LLC. You get one contact by email, working pages every week, and the scope and payment terms in writing before anything starts.

    Do you only work locally?

No. We work by video with owners anywhere in the US, and meet in person around Charlotte and Lake Norman, NC.

    § 07 · Free teardown

Send us your site. We’ll show you.

Two minutes here. Your teardown and rebuilt homepage arrive by email.

    1. I

We look at your site the way your customers do: on a phone, in a hurry.

    2. II

You get the teardown, marked up like the one above, and a rebuilt homepage.

    3. III

If you want the rest built, we book a 30-minute call. If not, that’s the end of it.
